I’m not sure about your kids, but mine LOVE their dolls to have undergarments. I think part of the fascination comes from wanting their doll to be just like them. I have a hard time finding panties for our dolls, so the easiest thing to do was make them! The Primrose Panties for dolls takes almost no fabric and is such a fast sew. Now my girls and their dolls can match (and maybe their dolls won’t be completely naked all the time... Why are the dolls always laying around the house with no clothes on?!) The doll version includes one rise option in both Brief and Hipster versions.

Materials Needed

This pattern works perfectly for Knitfabrics. You will need the following materials:

Garment: 4-way stretch knit fabric with at least a 50% stretch but no more than 75% stretch- Recommend a blend of at least 5% spandex/lycra for good recovery. Good choices would include cotton lycra.
