The Eden Leggings feature a yoga waistband and come in a super high rise (designed to hit under the bust) a regular high rise (designed to hit just above the belly button) and a mid-rise (designed to hit just under the belly button). The band can be folded down to achieve a lower rise or left unfolded to have more coverage. Plus, they are a great way to show off that fun printed fabric you’ve been hoarding. Another thing that makes my seamstress heart happy is how quickly they sew up!

This pattern works perfectly for Knitfabrics. You will need the following materials:

4-way stretch knit fabric with at least a 75% stretch - Recommend a blend of at least 5% spandex/lycra for good recovery. A higher spandex/lycra percentage is recommended for the yoga waistband.

They seem to run small, at least in my opinion - however, I will compare sizes to her existing leggings.

Great leggings

I am fairly new to sewing clothes and this pattern was very easy! I made 2 pairs for my daughters and they fit great with some grading. The instructions were very helpful.

Easy to follow instructions, modified mid-rise by adding colour blocks, and added pockets. Good fit.

Just made a pair of Eden Leggings and super happy with the result! It was a breeze to make the leggings and the fit is amazing. Went for an in-between high and mid-rise, and there was no issue with the fit at the waist or crotch area.This is going to be my go-to pattern for leggings from now on.
