I love how simple and easy these are to make. It takes longer to cut them out than it does to sew them up!! They are comfy and stylish. I made mine ikn double brushed poly with a cotton/lycra waist band. I plan on making several more of to add to my wardrobe!! Definitely a must have!
Materials Required
- 4-way stretch knit fabric with at least a 50% stretch but no more than 75% stretch- Recommend a blend of at least 5% spandex/lycra for good recovery. A higher spandex/lycra percentage is recommended for the yoga waistband.
