The Lisa features a woven lined bodice with an attached circle skirt with optional sewn-in bloomers attached. Sew this pattern as a dress, a romper, or a romper/dress mashup! The optional peter pan collar gives it a sweet, vintage feel. The button placket can be made in the front or the back, and the optional bloomer snap placket makes bathroom trips a breeze.

I loved making this for my little girl! It's so great when patterns have multiple options and with this one you get a totally different piece depending on the options you choose, I love it! The tutorial is great and the fit is just spot on!

SGSuper cute design with so many options!
I love that this outfit has front / back button plackets so we can choose whether we want a front or back option. The peter pan collar is super cute and that skirt is just absolutely twirly. My favorite has got to be the fact that I could add a romper bottom to this dress with snap plackets so that my active little one doesn't flash her diapers when she climbs and jumps around.

Such a beautifully fitting pattern with loads of options to create a variety of different looks!
Materials Required
- Woven fabric for both main and lining – Suggested fabrics include: quilting cottons, cotton poplins, cotton voiles, brocades, batistes, and jacquards to name a few. This pattern is not suitable for stretch fabrics.
- Woven Fusible Interfacing
- 1/2” (13mm) Braided Elastic
- 1/4” (6mm) Braided Elastic (For Bloomer Option Only)
- 5 – 5/8” Buttons (1.5cm) (Note only 4 are needed if buttons are located in the back)
- 3 – Size 20 (12.4mm) Plastic or Metal Snaps (For Bloomer Option Only)
The following materials are recommended:
- Buttonhole Foot
- Fabric pen
- Bodkin or Safety Pin
- Snap pliers or press
