The Eden Leggings feature a yoga waistband and come in a super high rise (designed to hit under the bust) a regular high rise (designed to hit just above the belly button) and a mid-rise (designed to hit just under the belly button). The band can be folded down to achieve a lower rise or left unfolded to have more coverage. Plus, they are a great way to show off that fun printed fabric you’ve been hoarding. Another thing that makes my seamstress heart happy is how quickly they sew up!

- 4-way stretch knit fabric with at least a 75% stretch – Recommend a blend of at least 5% spandex/lycra for good recovery. A higher spandex/lycra percentage is recommended for the yoga waistband.

Just made a pair of Eden Leggings and super happy with the result! It was a breeze to make the leggings and the fit is amazing. Went for an in-between high and mid-rise, and there was no issue with the fit at the waist or crotch area.This is going to be my go-to pattern for leggings from now on.
