Where are my patterns?

Your purchase can be instantly downloaded after payment.  Just head to the Downloads section of our site.

This pattern doesn't print properly. Help!

First, make sure you have the correct file.  The version to print at home should include the instructions.  If all you are seeing is the pattern pieces, it sounds like you opened the A0 file which is meant for wide format printers like the ones found at your local copy shop. If you need help choosing the correct file, check out this article.

If you still are having trouble printing, check out this great blog post to check your print settings.

I'm not sure how to print just the size(s) I need?  How do I access this feature?

Layers are the magic way you can print only the size(s) you need! All you need is Adobe Reader, a desktop computer, and to tell the pattern what sizes you want.  For a step by step tutorial, check out this blog post.

I accidentally purchased the same pattern twice. Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not typically allow refunds.  The only exception to that is if you purchase the same pattern more than once.  If that’s the case, just shoot us a message, and we will help you out.

I have a small shop.  Can I sell the items that I make using BSD patterns?

We love it when small shops use our patterns as a base to make their creations! We only ask that you use your own photography to showcase your own work.  Also note that no part of the pattern itself can be resold or used for marketing purposes as it is covered by copyright law.

Can I email my pattern(s) to a friend or family member?

We put in hours and hours of work into every pattern that we produce.  Because of this, each pattern is for the individual use of the purchaser only.  Please respect our work as well as our livelihood, and opt to share a link to our site so that your friend or family may purchase their own copy.  Not only is file sharing unethical, it is also against the law.
